What we do
Kizuna Relo is a Tokyo-based relocation and concierge company providing support in French to French-speaking expatriates and companies relocating their employees to the Tokyo area, as well as the prefectures of Kanagawa, Chiba and Saitama.
Finding a home, coordinating settling-in formalities, then providing ongoing concierge support once the move is complete: one dedicated contact personally handles each project from beginning to end.
Where it started
Supporting foreign residents as they settle in Japan is nothing new. Doing so in French, however, did not exist.
Kizuna Relo was founded on a simple principle: support from beginning to end, in a language where every question can be asked, and that does not stop when the keys are handed over.
What Kizuna means
Kizuna (絆) is the Japanese word for the bonds that connect people and take shape over time.
At Kizuna Relo, we believe a successful relocation goes well beyond local formalities and finding a home. It also means finding your bearings, building trusted relationships and forming a genuine connection with your new surroundings.

How we work
Our ambition
Kizuna Relo has been based in Tokyo since 2026. Our ambition is to expand our partner network in response to needs encountered on the ground, gradually broaden the services we offer, and nurture a French-speaking community in Japan where everyone can find answers and meaningful connections.
What will not change is the way we work: personal, human-scale support from beginning to end.
