5. Service providers and data recipients

To operate, our site relies on technical service providers ("processors" within the meaning of the GDPR), who process certain data only according to our instructions:

  • Website hosting: Lovable Labs AB (Regeringsgatan 25, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden), hosted within the European Union.
  • Domain name: OVH SAS (Roubaix, France).
  • Newsletter delivery: EmailJS.

Data is primarily hosted in Ireland, within the European Union. Certain processing activities may involve a transfer outside the European Union, governed by appropriate contractual safeguards. This provider acts solely on our instructions under a data processing agreement.
  • Advertising: Google Ireland Ltd (Google Ads tag), only if you consent to advertising cookies.

None of these service providers is authorised to use your data for its own purposes.

6. Data transfers outside the European Union

Our hosting servers are located within the European Union. However, as our business operates from Japan, some of your data may be accessed or processed from that country. Japan benefits from an adequacy decision adopted by the European Commission in 2019 and maintained since then, recognising a level of data protection equivalent to that of the European Union.

Where certain service providers involve a transfer to other countries, that transfer is governed by appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR, including the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

7. How long do we keep your data?

  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent.
  • Technical and security data: a short period, limited to what is necessary for the operation of the site.

At the end of these periods, your data is deleted or anonymised.
